House Rules
AGE REQUIREMENT: ALL adults must be OVER THE AGE OF 25 (except children traveling with parents).
NO PARTIES! NO EVENTS!
NO FIREWORKS!
NO LOUD MUSIC!
Please be advised the premise may be under surveillance by video recording devices at the unit's front and back entranceways and/or the driveway.
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:
*Pet Fee ($100) per pet MAXIMUM OF 3 DOGS. This fee is not optional.
Guests must provide ID and sign a lease agreement.
The owner reserves the right to request additional information (ex: picture ID of Guests, secondary contact, refundable deposit, etc.) from the Guests, especially if it is a last-minute reservation (booked less than 7 days from the check-in date).

Just to ensure our home meets your needs and you have a GREAT stay, I want to emphasize rules that pertain to our neighborhood and home. This particular home is in a very tight-knit and quiet neighborhood and ideal for quiet guests looking to relax and getaway, similar to a retreat.
You must acknowledge:
-The driveway will fit 3 - 4 vehicles only. No street or grass parking allowed.
-Quiet hours start at 9pm to 8am
-Do not disturb the neighbors.
-Front area is limited to entry and exit only, no lounging or 'hanging out' in the front porch area
-No hanging out or loud noise on the back porch during quiet hours
-No excessive vehicles entering and exiting the neighborhood
-No guests entering and exiting the home after 11pm
-Absolutely NO parties are permitted
-No EVENTS/VENDORS: Any vendors entering the Property are prohibited
-No overnight guests without previous approval from owner.
NEIGHBOR COMPLAINTS: Actions by guests that result in neighbor complaints, security personnel, or Police being called to the Property will result in a minimum $250 charge, which charge will be used to deal with potential issues & fines. Additionally, the guests will be immediately evicted. Guests shall be liable for any and all costs incurred by Hosts as a result of the breach of Section 20.
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS: The Property is to be occupied by no more than the maximum sleep number stated on reservation unless approved in writing by Host. If Guest exceeds the occupancy limit and falsifies occupancy information at the time of reservation, Guest shall be subject to eviction. "Occupants" includes small children, infants and any and all visitors. If more than the maximum number is found to be occupying the Property at any time, you agree that a charge of $100.00 per person/per day will be made to your credit card. Additionally, this Agreement may be immediately terminated without a refund of any amounts paid. No Exceptions. All parking, noise and community rules and restrictions must be followed.
Children are welcome, but please note that electrical outlets are not blocked. Children of all ages count as 'people' and must be included in the guest count. Arriving at the home with more guests than you booked, including babies and small children, violates rules and our policy. Please book for the correct number of guests.
-No third-party bookings
-No extra guests above the number on the reservation
-Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property.
-If you inadvertently break or damage something, please let me know and we'll arrange for its replacement or repair.
-No smoking/vaping in the home or the front porch area
-Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property.
-If you or anyone in your party damage the home or remove items from the home you may be charged $1000 in addition to your security deposit.
